FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. Season 1 is free. Winners get Discord roles and a permanent spot in the Hall of Fame.
Can I sign up solo?
Yes. Solos are placed on a team at their level, by availability first and rating second. Duos get a free agent. Teams of 3 stay together.
What rank do I need?
None. All ranks are welcome. Tiers A to E keep games even.
What platforms?
Any platform, as long as crossplay is on.
How do I save my Tracker page?
Open your profile on rocketleague.tracker.network in a private window, press Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac) and save it. Then drop that file into the sign-up form. We read your 3v3 rank and MMR from it, and an admin checks it against your live profile.
How is my OVR set?
From the higher of your current 3v3 rank or your best in the last 2 seasons, from 34 (Silver and below) up to 94 (SSL). Your MMR moves it up to 2 points within a rank. After that it moves with every league game: mostly wins and losses, partly how you play.
When are matches?
You pick. Each week your team enters availability (due Sunday noon ET). Matches start 8-11 PM ET Sunday to Thursday and 8 PM to midnight ET Friday and Saturday, about 2 per week.
I'm on the West Coast. Is that OK?
Yes. Teams with 2 or more players in Pacific or Mountain time can play weekday matches as late as midnight ET (9 PM PT).
How long is the season?
10 best-of-3 matches starting Dec 7, a holiday break Dec 24 to Jan 1, then playoffs. The final is the week of Feb 2.
What if I can't make a match?
Request a sub on the match page at least 24 hours ahead. Registered subs volunteer and your captain picks one. No sub 2 hours before? You can offer the other team a 2v2, or it's a forfeit.
Are matches streamed?
Yes, on YouTube. Tiers A, B and C get streamed slots first, and others are streamed whenever a slot is open.
Who reports scores?
Either captain reports each game on the match page. The other captain confirms. Disagreements go to #disputes on Discord.
Think your rating is wrong?
Request a review from My MCS during weeks 2 and 3. Please don't pressure staff about ratings in public channels.
